Acknowledgements There are so many people whose love, support and friendship have enriched my life and without whom I wouldn't have achieved all that I have. My amazing husband Gary. I love you so much and am so lucky I get to spend my life with you. From the moment I met you I've known how special you are to me. You are my lover and best friend above all else but so much more besides. You are my pillar of strength who unselfishly gives so much. You are always there for me and give me the extra confidence and belief that helps me get so much more from myself. My wonderful parents, Peter and Pat. Someone once said to me that if you could choose your parents, I couldn't have done a better job. That is so true. You are the best there could be.
