© Corel Corporation 1998 COREL GUIDELINES FOR THE USE OF CLIPART AND PHOTO IMAGES Corel products contain numerous dipart and photo images (collectively referred to as the Images) which are either owned by Corel or licensed from a third-party. As o user of this product you are free to use, modify and publish the Images as you wish subject to the restrictions set out below; YOU MAY NOT: A. create scandalous, obscene or immoral works using the Images; B. redistribute or sell the Images as stock photography or dipart; C. use any of the Images related to identifiable individuals or entities in a manner which suggests their associaüon wiíli or endorsement of any product or service; D. use the Images in electronic formát unless all of the following are met: i) the Images are embedded at no higher than a base resolution of 512 x 768; ii) the Images are incorporated for viewing purposes only; iii) a Corel credit is induded in the proposed use; ivj the Images do not represent a significant portion of the content of the proposed use; and ») the proposed use is not a product which is similar to or competes with any of the features oí any Corel product; E. use or distribute the Images on-line or in multimédia opplications unless all of the following are met: i) the Images are at a base resolution no higher than 512 X 768: ii) a Corel credit is induded in the proposed use; iii) the Images do not represent a significant portion of the content of ihe proposed use; iv) the proposed use is not a product which is similar to or competes with any of the feoiures of any Corel product; and v) a notice is induded in the proposed use specifying that the Images may not be saved or downloaded and are only to be used for viewing purposes. GOVERNMENT CRESTS, SEALS AND OTHERINSIGNIA The national and municipal insignia contained in this product are protected by various laws against misuse. Generally speaking, all logos, insignia, patches, seals, flags and coats of arms are for officiol use only. It is your responsibility to obey all national and international laws regulating display of the insignia, seals, flags and coats of arms contained herein.
