VWVVWV\WVWVWWWWWWWW 2 VlMAAAAW^^^AWWWW^/WWVWWInto the CloudsHlello. My name is Jim Rushing, and I am an American aviator. This is the story of how I didn't succeed in making the first solo flight over the Amazon Basin - but did succeed, instead, in trekking single-handedly through the Amazon jungle back to civilization.Back in the early 1930s, I had been flying freight around South America, earning good money, so I decided to spend my savings on a small monoplane. In those days, aviation was still young, and many fliers were pulling off daring feats around the worid. So 1 thought I'd get in on the act and be the first to cross the Amazon Basin in a monoplane.I took off from the dirt airstrip at Guajara Mirim, on the Bolivian border with Brazil, on a fine morning in August '33. After a few hours I noticed a bank of tropical storm clouds on the horizon. I had no oxygen supply so there was no chance of flying above them.Into the cloud bank I went. Then, with a shock, I realized that my aldmeter and airspeed indicator had failed, and I could not even see the ground. Suddenly a mountainside loomed in front of me. There was no time to climb, so I desperately swung the plane around to try for a crash landing. The sudden impact broke the undercarriage. There was a dreadful splintering noise as the plane ground down the mountainside, but I managed to jump clear before it broke up.Where was I? And where, among the wreckage scattered on the mountainside, was the equipment I would need to survive?Help Jim to find the objects he will need to survive. There are eight hidden in the dense foliage.Set Super Q to Mode 3A and spot the names of these eight objects in the border. You have 60 seconds.
